Richard is the dedicated president of The Haverstraw Brick Musuem local preservation museum and president of the Haverstraw River Arts Fund ,Inc.an art organization that brings public art to communal spaces. Passionate about preserving history and enhancing public areas with creativity, he plays a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant cultural community.
